I love to explore places that most people don’t find attractive. I am interested in those corners of a city that most visitors avoid. Whether it’s an industrial area, a working class neighborhood or the outskirts of a city, I use my camera to capture the beauty of the unspectacular and ordinary. In my photography I try to show the true and diverse face of a city, not the glittering and shiny. On my discovery tours through various cities around the world, I have realized that the areas where everyday people live and work are by far the most exciting. I hope that this comes across in my photographs.
